Arthur Wing Pinero (24 May 1855- 23 November 1934) was an English dramatist. He was innate around London and studied law prior to running on the stage. Within 1874 he joined R.H. Wyndham's Company at a Theatre Royal within Edinburgh. Fallowing besides acting inside Liverpool, Pinero joined a Lyceum Theatre company around London inside 1876. He began writing plays shortly subsequently, & became one of a virtually all prolific & successful dramatist of his period. He is better known for his comedies, of which a virtually all guiding light come:

The Magistrate (1885) The Second Mrs. Tanqueray (1893) ''Trelawny of the 'Wells' (1898)

His romance The Enchanted Cottage'' (1923) was successfully filmed in 1945.

Pinero was knighted in 1909. He died withwithin London in his 80th month.
